...getting to quite the whiny bitch these days. I haven't had a bra on in four weeks. FOUR WEEKS!!!! The GGs can't wait to get home to take the damn things off, and I'M whining about not wearing one??? Hey, I never promised that anything I said would make sense....

I do sympathize with the GGs. I do. The times I get to wear my bras all day are also the times I get to experience that exquisite feeling of taking it off. Sweet release!!! You know what I'm talkin' about!

Yeah, contractors, company, Thanksgiving, family at home ANDUH, an out of town trip have equaled no Rhonda time at all! Wah!!! I know what you're thinking, "Aren't your out of town trips Rhonda Time big time?". Usually they are. This time, there were just too many people around and this trip required a couple stops and air travel, so couldn't pack any things. Mostly, it was the  folks at the house that kept Rhonda in the closet. Or mini storage as it were..... ;-)

I really don't have a problem packing Rhonda's things in checked luggage for air travel, just couldn't make it happen this time. OK, enough about that. And yes, yes I did manage to take some too cute panties along...

Too Many People In My Space!!!

Too many people in my space!!!!! Haven't had a bra on in two weeks. Am
I whining? Rhonda whining??? Yeh *big sigh*, whining for sure.

What's up? Weeeeeeeeeel, last week my contractor friend  was over,
all week, so we could rebuild the front stairs. Those projects are
always more challenging than they first look. They came out really
nice though.

This week was Grandpa duty all week. And more stair construction.
Step-son in the house for Thanksgiving day through Monday.

Yesterday my other step-son and his girlfriend flew in from
back east and will be here a week. This coming Friday I go back to
the Bay Area to drive my friend to a couple of treatments then fly to
Portlandia Sunday for a week long retreat. I'm
going to try my best to pack some panties and pantyhose and at least
one bra for the Oregon trip.

So, no time do dress, no time to play, no time to Skype, no time to blog...... Yep,
definitely whining!

Rhonda did have a chance to sneak out of the house en femme for a wonderful visit with a friend the day after Halloween and had great personal session with Ms. Lilithe Magdelene. I'll post more about these adventures later as I get the time . I had to wait until everyone went to bed just to get some time to make this post. Ok, ok....enough whining already

Sleep study....

Ever done one??? Or, I guess, been the person tested?? Rhonda recently participated in one. Yep, Rhonda snores....a lot, and loudly, so, the study.
There's a lot of wires, all over the head to measure brain waves, then for EKG and respiration and oxygen saturation, etc. etc. etc....

Not the most restful nights sleep, but I guess they got what they needed. Rhonda finds out in a week when she goes to the Dr. for a follow-up visit. Probable going to wind up with the Space Man Spiff mask. Yes, they did wake us up to put the mask on, and seemed pleased with the results. The mask they used just fit over the nose and will take some getting used too, but is I can sleep better I'll be happy. If I don't snore, the DW will be happy!!!!

Rhonda's going to be a travelin' woman later this months, North for 3 day of meetings then to the Bay Area to drive my friend to some radiation and chemo treatments.

The Divine Ms. Lilithe Magdalene

After some fits and starts on my end, Rhonda was able to finally have a Skype session with Ms. Lilithe. It was a quite wonderful, yummy, scary great time!!! Ms. Lilithe is a dear Goddess, and was accepting of and quite taken with Rhonda. Rhonda is quite taken with Ms. Lilithe I can tell you! *bat, bat, bat; blush, blush, blush* Can it be that our Rhonda is crushing on Ms. Lilithe???? Hmmmmmmm???

The session was an easy Q&A, lets get to know one another, girl talk, show me how you do your make-up, (Rhonda showing M.s Lilithe) here are some tips, what kind of training do you want session. Rhonda was able to hang out in that space and sit with it for about an hour after the session before she had to change her clothes. Rhonda is very much looking forward to more sessions with Ms. Lilithe.

What was Rhonda wearing??? Rhonda was rather simply dressed in a pink sleeveless shell top, black to the knee pencil skirt, charcoal grey bra, black with ivory lace trim panties, sheer control top panty hose and black patent leather Mary Jane's with a 3" heel. Ms. Lilithe had Rhonda show off her outfit, and was very complementary. And yes, Rhonda did lift her skirt to show her panties and panty hose, and her top to show her bra. Ms. Lilithe was pleased that Rhonda's bra appeared to fit well and was appropriately sized. Yay!!!!

Fall is in the air, warm days and cool nights, leaves are turning, summer garden is almost through producing and there is less daylight. It's time to begin to pull back some, rest and reflect, slow down and deepen our connections. It is no coincidence I think, that Rhonda is more drawn to spiritual retreats in the fall and winter as it is a time of going deeper. As the weather gets colder Rhonda can conceal feminine underthings as layers under men's clothing, and hey lipstick is lipstick whether it's Chapstick or Revlon Rich Girl Red!!!! ;-)

Big Town

Yep, Rhonda was down in the Big Town yesterday and had a chance to do a little shopping, so hit the mall. Walked into Lane Bryant like a boss! Got a very nice smile from the young sales associate when she asked if I was looking for something for my wife and I told her no, I was just browsing...

They have the most yummy dark red pumps on sale, just like I've been looking for, and in my size!!!! No, I didn't get them; yes, I should have, but I may be able to sneak back down this week.

Went to Nordy's (Nordsrtom's , I know, I rolled my eyes too the first time I heard it) and bought some nice panty hose, some Calvin Kleins sheer taupe and nude. Spendy, but ermygawd do they feel gooooooooooooooooooood!!!!! Well worth it!!! It is good to splurge on one's self every now and then, don't you think???

Funny how GGs can't wait to get home to take off their bra and Rhonda can't wait to get home to put hers on. Go figure.....

So, Where's Rhonda been lately??? Did I mention that I took a fall the day after Labor Day? Yep, stupid in a No Stupid Zone. While I was trying to clean the roof, the ladder slipped and we crashed to the deck. Some scrapes and bruises, wrenched a shoulder... Could have been much worse. We've been doing physical therapy to rehab the shoulder. Making progress...
Had to deal with some plumbing issues at the M-I-L's (had to have the whole house re-piped) which resulted in the need to do some drywall repair..
It has been a busy time, so no time to play the past two weeks. Looks like Rhonda will have some time next week.

Today is the first Friday the 13^th in fourteen months, and since I’ve picked up quite a few readers since July of 2012 a number of you are probably wondering what that has to do with anything.  Well, it’s just this:  from soon after the beginning of this blog, I’ve asked those of you who aren’t sex workers yourselves to speak up for our rights on this day.  The gay rights movement didn’t really take off until the friends and families of gay people got involved, and it’s the same for us; since only about 1% of Western women ever formally work as whores, we’re going to need a lot of help to make our voices heard.  We need all the sex workers (such as strippers, dominatrices and porn actresses) whose fields aren’t currently criminalized, and the sugar babies and other women who have informally or indirectly taken money for sex at least once (which might be as high as 10% of all women).  We need all of the men who hire us at least occasionally, which comes to about 20% of the adult male population.  We need all of the women who recognize that cops can’t tell the difference between professionals and amateurs, and that laws which can be used to arrest us will also work to arrest you.  We need all of those who love porn, polyamory, BDSM or kink, because even though policing of sex usually starts with harlots, it never stops with us.  We need all of the public health and human rights experts who understand the necessity of decriminalization in light of their respective fields, all of the libertarians who recognize that governmental prohibition of consensual behavior is both indefensible and dangerous to individual liberty, and all of the feminists who recognize that a woman’s right to control her own body and make her own sexual and economic choices is the primary feminist issue.  And we need all of the decent human beings who don’t fall into any of those categories, but are simply disgusted by the idea of armed thugs arresting, humiliating and ruining people for the “crime” of consensual sex.
I understand that many of you, especially the men, are not in a position of being able to speak out publicly without suffering some sort of censure or risking the hostility of wives, girlfriends and female co-workers.  But fortunately, we live in an age where it’s easy to speak anonymously:

…talk about the issue with someone who will listen, make a post on a discussion board, comment on a news story which spreads disinformation, or even just post a link to this column.  If you aren’t confident in your ability to debate, even a simple phrase like “I think adult women should have the right to decide why and with whom they want to have sex” or “everyone has the right to equal protection under the law” might have a tiny but important impact on those who overhear.

If you’re in a position to speak or write but you’re at a loss for strategy, my last Friday the 13^th column had some useful suggestions that might inspire you.  And if you have a blog of your own, I’m asking you pretty-please-with-sugar-on-top to try; even just a short post would help to amplify the message.  Last year, Dr. Sarah and Amazing Susan heeded the call, and this year I’m hoping for a veritable crowd; whenever one of y’all posts, be sure to email me or announce it in a comment so I can share the link on Twitter.  And don’t worry if you can’t get the post done until later today: every single post y’all make today will be announced and linked in my next Friday the 13^th column, only three months down the road on December 13^th.  And yes, reblogs of this column are acceptable, and will get your name on the honor roll come December.  It’s time we let the prohibitionists know that if they want to pick on sex workers, we have a whole lot of brothers and sisters they’re going to have to face as well.

...in the Bay Area to visit my good and dear friend. He is making progress slowly and is feeling down. Surgery does kick ones ass big time and he is unable to do the things he used to do for himself. I can relate!!!!!

Do cherish those who are close to you. I know that every time someone has an experience like this there blogs, Facecrack, texts etc. get flooded with these admonition a of the preciousness of life here on the planet in this plane, but, hey, learn from our experience, it'll make yours easier!
All is not dark and dreary however. In addition to getting to spend time with my buddy, there's SHOPPING!!!!!! Major League, Big Time pro shopping here!!!!! Outlet stores, malls, oh my...

Syria

Too many politicians and others beating the drums for more war. War in which they will not serve. Nor will their sons and daughters War and more war seem to always win out with this congress, even if it means agreeing with the President.
So. Will the innocents (collateral damage...) killed in a retaliatory strike be less dead than the ones killed by chemicals? And is that a somehow morally better killing? There is not a bullet, bomb or missile yet made that can discriminate between a "good guy" or "bad guy".
If we are the best and most powerful nation on earth, then let us take a leadership position and just say no. NO strikes, no war, no conflict, no personnel, material or money for war.
War is easy, peace is hard but can be easy if we show the way.

Update: Squamous cell carcinoma, 6 more hours of surgery to take out the lymph nodes on that side.
More waiting...

Last update for today: 

He's out of surgery at 11:30 pm Wed and off to ICU. They took lots of yucky stuff out. Kept the nerve to the shoulder, had to take out a facial nerve so he may have Sylvester Stallone lip. Won't know about that until he wakes up. Scraped off tumor from around the carotid and jugular, took out a butt load of lymph nodes.

They're keeping him out and intubated tonight so he can get some rest. Likely to start chemo and radiation in about 3 weeks, after he has a chance to heal up some.

He'll be in the hospital 2-4 days depending on how well he recovers.

Long day for all of us. Going to bed now.

Off to the bay area

Rhonda's on the road again, but not for fun or business this time. Off to the Bay Area to be with my friend during his surgery tomorrow and to support his wife and family. Hoteling it as they have a house full of family, so may as well take a few things with me. There might not be time to dress up, but one never knows now, does one????

Well shit, he, uh, I mean she said....

Well now, had great plans for a great girly weekend last week as the wife was going to be out of town, and that only happens a couple times a year. I'm talkin' full on paint the toenails-make up-girl clothes-boobs n bras-dresses n heels Thurs-Fri-Sat and a Goddess play date on Sunday goooooood girly time!!!

So how was it? Well, the wife got some sort of nasty eye infection and was pretty sick so she stayed home and I took care of her. She's got it whipped and is all healed up now, but no Rhonda last weekend  :-((

This week? Well, my best friend in the whole world called to tell me he has two and possibly three forms of cancer. It's in his bone marrow, left side lymph nodes and tonsils, he goes in for surgery Wednesday.  I am devastated beyond words. We have been through a lot together over the years, and I cannot express how much he means to me.

I'll be traveling Tuesday to see him and be there Wednesday for his surgery. I'm trying to make the best of this, but it is difficult...

Mini Storage and the Crossdresser

Well, I have spoken about my mini storage, or at least mentioned it, in previous posts. I got the idea from a crossdresser forum, mebbe on Fet Life, but I'm not sure... Anyway, it has been a life saver!!! Not to mention a clothing and $$$$ saver ;-).

It occurred to me that some of you might be curious about the nuts and bolts of getting and maintaining a discrete off site storage area for your clothes. I will confess, purely for the purpose of full disclosure, that my wife and I have totally separate financial accounts. Separate checking, savings and credit card accounts. This makes having an off site storage much easier for me than perhaps it would be if we had combined accounts.
 
My storage unit is located in a separate facility, run by a different company that of our family storage unit, and is in my name only. I am fanatical about paying the bill on time so there will be no phone calls or letters about the account. Discretion is the better part of valor here. My unit is located inside the building. No accidental drive by looks when I'm there and keeps the rain and occasional snow out.

Originally I kept my things in duffel bags and luggage pieces, however, as I gained a larger wardrobe that became difficult to maintain and caused wrinkles in my clothes.  So the first thing I did was to buy a wardrobe moving box. Most mini storage places and all moving places have them. It's a cardboard box tall enough to put things on hangers in. They are a few $$ but worth it! So now I have a 'closet' to  hang tops, skirts and dresses. Now I could use a chest of drawers for the bras, panties, hose, garter belts, you get the idea. The search was on!

Armed with the storage unit inside dimensions, (very important) and a small tape measure, (also very important) I began to check out the used furniture and thrift stores and yard sales in the area. Since I wasn't in any big hurry, I could afford to look at a lot of stuff before I found what I wanted. I finally spotted the perfect piece in front of a local thrift store. It was well worn and somewhat ratty in appearance but had all the drawers, and they worked!!! It was cheap so I bought it on the spot and installed it in my storage unit. It is nice to have my things hung up properly or living in drawers rather than duffel bags. It is easier to select the thing I wish to take on my adventures and minimizes the sorting and re-packing I went through before.

Life is different...

...with boobs. I can see you GGs rolling your eyes, saying "No shit Sherlock", Or just laughing out loud.
Rhonda's doing some house repair and maintenance, a NEVER ending chore as you all know. So during these adventures, we're experimenting with various bras; the regular every day bras and a couple different sports bras, just to see how they feel and move while doing different types of work.
I can tell you, climbing ladders, patching drywall etc. is different with boobs. There is a different balance as there is more weight on my chest. They move more, or less, depending on the bra, and working around the boobs takes some getting used to!!!
Gotta get ready to run into town. More later....

To Re-name Or Not To Re-name, That Is The Question....

I have been giving some thought to re-naming this blog. I wasn't sure what to call it when I created it, and, at the time, was thinking more of sissification, being a sissy and blogging those thoughts, feelings and experiences.
However, dressing seems to be more about feminization, allowing my feminine side/energy to come forward and express, clicking in to that space of feeling, dressing and acting feminine; to really let Rhonda come to the fore. For me anyway...
So, I'll likely re-name this blog 'Rhonda's Blog' at some point in the not too distant future....
But not just yet  ;-)

Ordered Some New Boobs.....

It started with a garter belt and stockings. Got those.

A Whole Day To Myself

A whole day all to myself!!! Yay!!!! Have not had one of these in a loooooooooooooooong time!!! Court took most of the day yesterday. It was hot and humid here and even thought the courthouse is air conditioned, it was still warm in the panty hose. And I got the delicious feel of peeling off the panty hose after a long hot day. A girl needs to cherish such moments, yes? The whole shirt, tie, jacket thing gave me an idea so I stopped by the mini storage and picked up my small bag that has a couple bras, the tits, make-up and some other small things. Today I put yesterday's thought into action by dressing as I did yesterday, complete with Dockers, shirt and tie, except today with boobs and bra. Rhonda's been Ms. Corporate this morning!!! We did take some pics, some while wearing one of my favorite white bras by Casique and some in a black bra. The tie is red and black to match the black bra. I do think a girls tie should coordinate with her bra if at all possible, don't you??? *bat, bat, bat* I'll post some of the pics as soon as I process them. I'll have to change into different clothes in a bit to do some work around the house and may have to ditch the bra to go to town this afternoon. Meanwhile I am going to shamelessly revel in the feeling of these clothes on my body!!! Later that same day,... (no, I didn't want to do a whole new post).... So far no trip to town, woot, woot, woot. Going to give this picture posting thing a try.

Yes Mistress...

I was going to talk some about Mistresses in the last post (actually post before last now) but the topic felt like it needed or wanted its own post. I have a wonderful phone Mistress with whom I have sessioned for over 4 years now. We have developed a close relationship over time and IM each other often just to chat. Some shopping and other things...

Slipped into some Apostrophe plain pink panties this morning to go to the weekly manly man coffee klatch. Ever notice that girls 'slip into' and guys 'put on' clothing? But I digress... After coffee went shopping for pantyhose to wear to court tomorrow. They were on sale (Woot, woot) so got 3 pair, nude, suntan and black. Then shopped the sale at K-Mart. They have a good selection in my size now, not always the case. Didn't buy anything today, but there's tomorrow! Stopped by Penny's but my favorite clerk wasn't at work so just have to go back. I do need to do some laundry, Wednesday looks like laundry day so up to the mini storage early!!!! And speaking of road trips, I am now car pooling to some meetings so have to figure out how to get Rhonda's gear into the single overnight bag so as to not raise suspicions ;-). Sunday Morning

So, where were we? Oh yes, all the clothes and other accoutrements Rhonda brings on our road trips. It's not been all work and no play for poor Rhonda, no indeed. There have been the previously mentioned trips out of town for business. Hotel rooms are comfy, cosy little islands of privacy and a certain anonymity just right for girl time and sessions with my fave phone Mistress. So, Rhonda has to bring along a variety of things from professional office to sexy to slutty attire to dress as the mood strikes. Or, to dress for work, then change into night out clothes. Also in the fun dept., Rhonda made a connection with a remarkable, wonderful young woman, Miss Bubbles, through a short lived local munch. We had a great giggly, girly bra fitting (something Rhonda desperately needed!!!) fashion and make-up tip day before Miss Bubbles moved out of the area. Anyway, sun's rising, birds are singing and the days are getting shorter, cycling into fall and I want to get dressed. I want to feel the constriction of the bra band and the weight and heft of breasts, the smoothness of panty hose, the restriction and freedom of a skirt, the strange awkwardness of buttoning a blouse the opposite way of a shirt and getting used to walking in heels again. Rhonda's not been able to express much for a while and it could be a few more days before she's able to but that's OK. I have a court appearance in a couple days so I'm thinking panties for sure, and how about slipping on some panty hose under my suit? It's too hot for panty hose, but they will feel oh so delicious and who's to know except us girls??? ;-)

I'm Back With Some Random Ramblings...

Hi!!! OMG, I knew it had been quite a while singe I have posted anything, I just didn't realize it had been over a year! 2 years and a half??? * big sigh* Rhonda was quiet during a lot of that time, some by design and some because she had to be. There are times when Rhonda is quiet, almost dormant, not wanting to express. Content with wearing panties occasionally and maybe slipping on a sports bra. I am able to keep a very few panties concealed, along with a sports bra and a black cammi top. The rest of my wardrobe stays safe in my mini storage. I have mentioned the off site storage before, a girls best friend if she's not 'out' to her family! It's also very handy when the 'urge to purge' rears it's ugly head as it does for so many of us. I got the mini storage idea from reading another closeted CDer's posts. It was one of those D'oh moments!!! I have purged many cute things before, clothes I have not been able to replace as fashion does move on... It's easier for Rhonda to be active in the late fall-winter-early spring as the weather and temperature call for layers of clothing, much easier to conceal pantyhose and sports bras that the usual summer attire of shorts and tank tops, LOL. More time spent inside too so time for skirts and blouses, bras and breast forms, wigs and make-up (which reminds me Rhonda needs a better quality wig!!! Or two.. Three?). Last winter I was involve in fix-up and repair of the MIL's house so she could rent it out so no time for Rhonda :-(; wifey was home sick a lot this spring so no time for Rhonda; and this summer has been BUSY with camping trips, company and volunteer obligations soooooooooo, you guessed it, no time for Rhonda! Am I whining? It sounds a little whiny to me. Oh well.... I may have mentioned in the past that I do get to travel out of town a half dozen or so times a year, usually involving overnight stays. Rhonda is able to come along on most of these trips and have a good time! I have a small overnight bag I bring. Rhonda, on the other hand has two and sometimes three bags!!! Wonder what the hotel people think???? ;-) Sounds of life from the rest of the house so gots to go. More later I PROMISE!!! p.s. I did find the cutest red heels a few months ago!!! So excited, I've been looking for some red ones for quite a while and they were on sale!!!
